The 10-Minute Brave

How to ship the decision you've already made.

The 10-Minute Brave

You already know the answer. This guide is the structured nudge from 'knowing' to 'sent.' Ten minutes, one timer, one action.

The honest premise

The boldest decisions tend to be the most quietly obvious ones. The work isn't in choosing — it's in moving while choosing is still warm.

The protocol

0:00 — Sit. Phone face down. Timer set.
0:30 — Write the action in the imperative. 'Send the email.' 'Tell them no.' 'Quit on Friday.'
2:00 — Draft the smallest version of the action.
6:00 — Read it once. Don't edit for tone.
8:00 — Send it.
10:00 — Close the laptop. Walk outside.

What you'll notice

The regret of un-sent things lasts months. The discomfort of sent ones lasts hours. Trade up.
